Approximately in late 2014, after seeing numerous display home and talking to a few builders, we made the decision to have our present house built by Latitude 32 Homes. Although the builder Eddie Mendes was relatively new to the building industry we found him very approachable and willing to work with us, to achieve our desired vision for our new home. 

After a few meeting with Eddie Mendes, we felt confident that he would be someone we could trust and if any problems arose, someone who we could always manage to get hold of and work out the best solution. 

As the building process got underway, Mr. Mendes would frequently give us a call to inform us of the progress or make time to visit us at home or on site to explain what was happening.  If we had any doubts we knew we could reach him, talk things over with him.  What we appreciated the most was the fact that on a couple of occasions my wife changed her mind on certain details.  If it was possible to allow for the change, he would make sure it was dealt with.  Where most builders would give you a hard time and then charge you for any little alterations made, Eddie was very accommodating and understanding.

We have been in our beautiful new home now for approximately 8 months. We have had many people commenting on our home, on its workmanship.  Building with Latitude 32 Homes was the right decision.  We have found Eddie Mendes, to be someone who takes pride in his work, trustworthy and does his best for his clients.
